The MRM (Marketing Resource Management) project is IHG’s initiative to streamline the process and tracking of 18 separate marketing groups functioning across 12 hotel brands and Global Loyalty. The groups deliver valuable consumer communications and experiences leading to the recognition of $100 million+ in revenue annually. Managed the implementation of IHG’s MRM platform (Built on Workfront) including campaign workflow analysis, system configuration and integration with the companies Active Directory (SSO), DAM (Digital Asset Management) and UNICA systems.

Project: China eCommerce
The popularity of the Carter’s | Osh Kosh B’Gosh brands in Asia led to China-Based customers ordering merchandise on the U.S. site and incurring very high shipping costs to receive their orders. This and other regional indicators motivated the company to establish an ecommerce footprint in Asia. The project also required establishing an office in Shanghai to help address issues including import/export, customer service, returns, finance, etc.
Implementing ecommerce in China for Carter’s involved managing the scope, design, development and deployment of an ecommerce platform and leading the effort to re-engineer processes. I also managed work streams including legal, finance, supply chain, IT and data / systems integration. I conducted weekly internal meetings with stakeholders, subject matter experts and Asia based partner/vendors and developed and maintained the project, budget and risk mitigation plans.

The app enables individuals to perform, record and share videos of their favorite lullabies. Also managed the development of the brands eCRM strategy for consumers joining and managing their Pamper’s Village profile.

Brand: smart USA – Project and program management of brand’s project portfolio including campaigns for Electric Vehicle, website platform, social media and interactive video content production. Developed an ecommerce-based order tracker system with Mercedes Benz IS for special order BRABUS smarts, including online/mobile tracking of vehicles from purchase through assembly, tuning, overseas shipping and delivery. Designed/implemented cloud-based project management system to enable mobile project and report management.
